I would be prepared to pay up to $100 for the finished program. The mq4 language is very similar to C language and any experienced C/C++ or java programmers should be at ease with the language. The program should be able to decompile ex4 files back to mq4 format. I would like a decompiler program for metatrader ex4 files.
